Polypropylene storage tanks are mainly used in chemical, metallurgy, electroplating, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, petroleum, electronics, medicine, food, grease, light industry, acid, pickling, battery materials and other industries.
First, the tank extrusion winding production
Tank welding is a process in which PPH pellets are processed into a can body by using a PPH spiral extrusion wrap unit. The system adopts a process of extruding PPH particles after hot grinding and then winding the steel mold into a can body.
Advantages of extrusion winding:
◆ Production efficiency is 5-8 times higher than manual.
◆The product has good integrity, no feeling of contact and corrosion resistance. Good sand resistance. ◆ The product is flat and beautiful, and the thickness of the tank is reduced. ◆The size and shape of the product are not used.

External welding is the process of using the imported automatic extrusion welding unit to achieve the maximum welding stress of the largest part of the tank. The fully-broken PPH pellets having the same properties as the tank are hot-melted at the place of the large welding, and integrated with the bottom of the tank and the tank.

The internal swing is an automatic long arm extrusion bursting process, which is an important step in all processes. Fourth, the nozzle installation and production
The nozzle installation is the last process, which is equivalent to the small plate point welded at the bottom. It is an imported small automatic extrusion welding unit, which is formed by forming the joint with the flange and then using the hole opener to open the corresponding size on the tank. The caliber is then welded by the German MUNSCH portable extruder.

The difference between PP polypropylene and PPH polypropylene
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, milky white high crystalline polymer with a density of only 0.90-0. 91g/cm3, which is one of the lightest varieties of all plastics. It is particularly stable to water in water. The water absorption is only 019, and the molecular weight is about 80,500,000. Good formability, but due to the large shrinkage rate (196-2.5%) thick-walled products are easy to sag, for parts with higher dimensional accuracy, it is difficult to meet the requirements, the surface gloss of the product is good.
The chemical stability of polypropylene is very good. In addition to being able to be smashed by concentrated acid and irritating membranes, it is stable to various other chemical reagents, but low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and oxidized cellulose can cause polypropylene explosion. It softens and dissolves, and its chemical stability increases with the increase of crystallinity. Therefore, polypropylene is suitable for making various chemical pipes and fittings with good anti-corrosion effect.
Non-toxic, odorless, low density, strength, system, hardness and heat resistance are better than low-pressure polyethylene, can be used at around 100^C. It has good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation and is not affected by humidity, but becomes brittle at low temperature, not wear-resistant and easy to age. Through the production of general mechanical parts, corrosion-resistant parts and insulation parts. Common organic solvents such as acids and bases have little effect on it and can be used in food utensils.
PPH is a high molecular weight, low melting rate homopolymeric polypropylene fiber. It is modified by B to have a fine structure, which has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature and excellent butterfly resistance. It also has excellent impact resistance at low temperatures.

Plastics have different shrinkage rates due to temperature. The detailed dimensions of the equipment and the basic dimensions of the installation are subject to the actual product.
Taking into account the production error, the equipment foundation, pipelines, etc. must wait for the product to be poured into the site and then watered and connected.
